The One Year Immediate Production warranty covers the following items:
• Upholstered products, including sofas, sectionals, modulars, ottomans, chairs, chaises and some beds.
• Casegoods, including tables, desks, shelves, consoles, dressers, beds, and parts thereof.
• Metal Items, including tables, desks, shelves, consoles, beds, and parts thereof.
• Accessories, including pillows, rugs, lamps, mirrors, wall art, décor items, throws, pet items, and clocks.
Of these items, coverage applies to all springs, frames, joints, legs, hardware, bases, fabrics, seams, stains, finishes and tufting.
Coverage includes whom. paying for reasonable and standard service providers to repair or replace at our discretion the parts and/or pieces that are defective. Repairs may be conducted at the address to which the products were delivered, or shipping to another location may be requested. All related shipping costs, if applicable, will be the responsibility of whom.
No warranty, expressed or implied, will apply to damage that results from: willful abuse or misuse, negligent lack of care or maintenance, or acts of God.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FURNITURE MUST BE INSPECTED UPON ARRIVAL AT YOUR HOME. FURNITURE THAT ARRIVES DAMAGED SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE CUSTOMER AS OUR SHIPPING CARRIER DETERMINES ANY ACCEPTED ITEM AS PERFECT CONDITION AT THAT TIME. IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, REFUSE DELIVERY AND ENSURE THE SHIPPING REPRESENTATIVE PROVIDES DOCUMENTATION OF REFUSAL AT THAT TIME.
