Dear Whom Home Customers,
Due to COVID-19, we regret to report that Whom Home is experiencing significant delays in product fulfillment. As you well know, the pandemic has affected numerous businesses and supply chains across North America. Our workshop in Mexico, subject to the country's strict anti-coronavirus measures for non-essential products, is facing postponement of production and shipping until May 1.
Because we are a sustainable company that does not hold inventory — we craft for you, when you order, according to your specifications — manufacture and distribution of our products has been severely affected until this date.
What does this mean for customers? While we are still accepting new orders, we cannot guarantee delivery before the end of May. We are normally able to provide our custom, handmade furniture with a tight turnaround of three to four weeks or less, depending on the products. With new measures being taken for the safety of our workers, clients and communities, we are expecting deliveries to take between four and six weeks from when we resume production.
In these uncertain times, we must all do our part to slow the spread of COVID-19. We kindly ask for your patience as we continue to produce top quality, sustainable furniture.
